What's the point of paying for extra lemon pepper if they barely put? If the chicken wasn't good this would be a thumbs down. What's the point of giving options for hard fried for the mozzarella sticks if they don't do it?

I ordered the Fish And Chicken Combo, 4 Wings , and 1/2 Dark . I spent approximately $50. The chicken is black, definitely fried in old grease, with a smell. The shrimp was fried so hard you couldn't taste the actual meat, and the fish wasn't fried hard enough. All of it was not seasoned, extremely bland. I didn't ask for my money back; I just won't be ordering again. Very disappointing that Chicago staple has been represented so poorly.
