Flavor is amazing! At first glance it didn't look like a lot but once we served everything it was a generous amount. Brisket 1/2 LB melts in your mouth and the 1/2 Rack of Ribs fall off the bone. Tri tip LB is cooked to perfection. 16 oz Sides are perfect amounts. Everything was excellent. Only thing was we didn't recieve our garlic bread but overall great food.

Small portions! Only 2 slices of brisket but 6 slices of tritip. Potato salad has good flavor but potatoes under cooked. Overall everything's taste good just wish the portions were better for the price.

Portioningfor the price isn't that great, the Taste was bland,meat had no flavor without the BBQ Sauce, the meat was also cold given that I ordered hours in advance, would have appreciated a fresher meal. Judging by the Price, The Dry Meat and Poor Portions, i probably wouldn't be ordering again, feel like my money would be better well spent at Saltys.

Brisket has been dry lately but was really good this time. Chicken was dry, hard, and too salty. I love this restaurant but it's kind of hit and miss.

I got the rib plate with potatoe salad and okra. I like that the bbq sauce is on the side because I personally like to dip in the sauce so I get only a little. The ribs were delicious! Nicely smoked and tender. They had just the right amount of seasoning and pulled from the bone easily. The potato salad was not my favorite. Large pieces of onion and the potatoes were a little hard. It just didn't have a flavor I enjoy. The okra looked amazing but when i bit into them they were very cold in the center. I popped them into the air fryer and they were delicious! Overall I would eat the ribs again and order different sides.
