First time eating here & it was very good. They hook you up on the toppings & the fries were so good! 9/10 :)

Since new owners taken over quality has dropped tremendously. Iveordered for yearsthe Club Club Sandwich and Meatball Sub Club smelled spoiled and Meatball Sub was burnt and sauce was old. Never has the quality been so horrible

We had high hopes for this place. The Reuben Sandwich had a fishy taste and was the meat was rubbery. The Steak & Cheese Sub had zero seasoning or flavor. The Macaroni Sald was missing from the order. The French Fries were good. The mozzarella Cheese Sticks and Onion Rings were ok.

I have no clue what is going on at Hartles but if i want onion and cheese sub I would have casked for it. I took the sub apart because my 1st bite was nothing but onions. so I put all the meat on one side. I paid for large but got a half a sub. smh
