Although my food WAS NOT GOOD, the service rendered by both the manager of harts at this location and my dasher were EXCELLENT! My tater tots were crumbly and fried in old grease. (the tots are Hart's signature, along with the coleslaw) Doordash app equally contributed to this poor but great experience, as spicy and white meat are not options to choose from.
So s/o to my door dasher, Cleveland & the manager/ and or employees that went above and beyond to accomplish my order. I really wanted to purchase white meat, but it was not an option. Nevertheless, I msg'd my dasher and she informed the employee/s/ and or mgr of my request, and they worked together to give me white meat.
Now, the chicken was not spicy nor was it fresh. The chicken was very loose and warm in temp . Very disappointing food wise, but EXCELLENT Customer service.

The livers were great, the chicken was good but the order was incomplete
The dinner rolls were missing and when I pay $75 for some chicken , delivered or not, I expect the order to be complete.

this is the first time I tried Harts tenders and Ioved them. I will order them again.annd a always the slaw is the greatest.
