The Vegan El Cubano is easily one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Everything I've ever had from Harvest Moon Hut is extraordinary. Incredible food at any hour, but fit late night eats on Monmouth County, second to none! Ramon and Lisa are such an asset to our community! 🖤

WOW. I just ordered the Torta Chingona, Mexican Dog, and uno Empanadas, and holy you-know-what they were all FANTASTIC. I mean they arrived hot, super fresh avocado and pico! The dog was charred just right and was juicy as, again you-know-what! Also this was 11pm and they brought it! Holy smokes good job to the crew and to the dasher, made my night!

BOTH of our sandwhiches were out of this world. This may be the most underrated spot in red bank. The vegan Bahn mi and hut The Hut Chicken Sandwich was freaking phenomenal. I'm scared I'm going to be addicted lol!

The Banh Mi Sandwich is a standout with great pork and great pickled veggies. El Cubano also sings moist and flavorful.
