Our fries were absolutely garage and we got the big Cowboy Hat Burger Combo and it was smaller than a burger from In-N-Out. Will never order from here again

3-Piece Chicken Nuggets Kids Meal overcooked and inedible also tots and fries cold and greasy threw out all but burger.

Fries were ice cold and hard, and missing the drink for my Big Hat Combo . This is the second time I've ordered from this location and my order has been wrong. I've NEVER had an issue in Austin :(

One of the burgers didn't have ketchup and we didn't get our straws for our drinks. The bottom of my cup was gross. The food was great though. I do with the fried pickles we're more crunchy.

Did not get our sweet potato fries that we ordered, the regular fries we got were hard and cold. fried pickles were soggy, burger bun was burned, toast was soggy, food got here cold an hour after it had been prepared. Very disappointed.
