Excellent Burgers & Phenomenal Gluten Free Nuggets, along with the Amazing Load Tots! Highly recommend Hat Creek as they also are a HUGE support to the community in many ways people have no idea about.

Delivery order was not quite right for the third time. Got a vanilla shake instead of the chocolate shake that was ordered. Lemonade tasted so watered down that it barely had any flavor. No hat sauce was included for the fries as requested. I would have let it slide but this is the third delivery with missing items. I gave three stars because the burger was good.

The food was very good, but instead of holding my cup out or going ahead and fulfilling my drink order, they put the empty cup in the bag with the food that the dasher isn't even supposed to look in. So I did not get the soda that I paid for. Need a better system of making sure the customer gets what they paid for

The Cobb salad had very little lettuce, and one of the ranch dressings tasted funky. Not a good experience.👎

Food is delicious as it always is!! Love to add the sauerkraut on my Little Hat. Only complaint is they always seem to forget the chocolate milk for my kids. Otherwise , food is delicious!
