Hatch is by far my favorite local spot for weekend breakfast or brunch. They have killer monthly specials, amazing variations of pancakes, top dollar French Toast, and the best Belgian Waffle you can get in OKC. The pecan pancake is shaped like Oklahoma which is a touch I absolutely love! My family has had breakfast at the restaurant several times and can say without a doubt that the food we pick up to-go or have delivered through doodash is just as good as in restaurant. Make sure you use all the toppings for each dish or you will really be missing out on the chef's intended flavor profile. If you're an oatmeal fan be sure to give the Burleed Oatmeal try, especially if you haven't had steel cut oats yet. It's a life changer! If you're a grapefruit hater, you'll fall in love with the bruleed grapefruit. Hatch is Hands down one of the best resturants in the state!

The chicken fried steak looked huge and then I realized the fried portion was twice the size of the steak itself and it completely fell apart, there was a hard clump of what looked like pasta in the gravy, the beignets had no powdered sugar and were over cooked, and we got no topping for the loaded tumbler which were overcooked and hard. I have had hatch tons of times and this was AWFUL.
there was zero value for the costs.

I can always count on Hatch to deliver excellent quality and cooked to perfection. The Loaded Tumblers and Smoked Salmon Benedict were delicious, with more than enough to share. I continue to order because it is always flavorful and fresh.

We love this place! It's really good. The portion sizes are huge, the food always tastes fresh and like homemade (not like premade reheated food).
The chicken fried eggs are amazing - especially with the ranch that comes with it.
The strawberry dream pancakes are really good, however they were missing the candies walnuts and it didn't have really much of the cream cheese sauce. They gave me butter and then it came with the strawberry compote and drizzle of cream cheese sauce on top. It was delicious but I wish it looked a bit more like the pictures had what it was supposed to come with.

Great breakfast! Fluffy, tasty biscuits with rich, creamy gravy, sausage patties and perfectly scrambled eggs. We've only ordered this meal two times from Hatch but both times it was delivered still warm and perfectly-prepared. We've ordered breakfast from different restaurants on Door Dash and, without a doubt, Hatch is the best!
