I’ve been eating at Hattie B’s Hot Chicken - Nashville on charlotte since they opened and it’s been amazing to see how much they’ve grown while still keeping the same great taste and quality. The chicken has always been crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, with just the right amount of heat depending on what you’re in the mood for. The sides are just as good, especially the pimento mac and cheese. What keeps me coming back is the consistency — great food, friendly service, and that true Nashville hot chicken experience. Hattie B’s has earned its place as one of my favorite spots in town, and I’m glad I’ve been able to enjoy it since day one.

Chicken and sides were all absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. Shut the cluck up is hot, hot, hot as it should be! We've literally tried every hot chicken restaurant in Nashville and this is by far the best overall. Worth the hype!

It's always good... never fails... best HOT chicken in Nashville! If you like spicy, spicy the "Damn Hot" is perfect and still enjoyable... My son can eat fire and he tried the "Shut the Cluck Up"... it was just a tad too hot to enjoy. Belgian waffle is so yummy and a perfect something sweet for dessert :)

Jumbo Whole Wings Plate my favorite flavor to get is "Hot". My favorite side are the collard greens and mac & cheese. Peach Cobbler Cup is my favorite dessert. Hattie B's got the best chicken in the nation! I eat here every week.

Everything was fresh as usual but the fries were under port-ionized, the fried pickles were over battered, and I was missing my cold slaw. I order all the time and don't have any problems but this time wasn't a bang for my buck. 8/10 would come back. Good food for when you don't want to cook and wallet friendly. Driver Handle with care 10/10. Thank you.
