Oh my God, where has this place been on my life or should I say since I've been in San Diego? I grew up on authentic food with natural flavors so they brought me back to my childhood. This place was 100/10 the packaging was professional and neat the amount of food that they give you in one meal could feed 3 to 4 people depending on your portions you could tell they prepared it very well. Everything was so delicious and flavorful. I could eat it every day of the week it was so good. I had to call and give a verbal review. This is my new favorite spot. 💯

I wanted to try something new and kept seeing this place and finally decided to try it out. I ordered the truffle yucca Truffle Yuca Frita, which were divine. The potato flavor is so fresh and the truffle is not at all overwhelming. I also ordered the Papa Relleno De Queso, and omg it's amazing! Wish I ordered two. For the main dish, I ordered the Picadillo, which listed as a vegetarian dish on the doordash description, but arrived with ground meat in the mixture (unsure if it was beef or pork, neither of which I can eat so sadly I had to toss it). I'd still go back and try other options, though it doesn't seem like there are many vegetarian or seafood options.

Overpriced and mediocre Cuban food. The bread on my ropa vieja sandwich was super soggy and it mostly consisted of peppers & onions Lechon was dry. Beans had no seasoning. Maduros were pale. Mojo tasted closer to chimichurri. Missing the yuca fries from the order

Ropa Vieja rice was hard seemed like old rice, the Quesadilla La Diva was missing side of sourcream and Guacamole also cold, by far the worst order I have received from them. Poor quality

The sandwich like nothing like the photo on the menu. There's hardly any meat on it. It's mainly bread.. not worth the money!
