obviously it's expensive but that's life. I order from here every once in a while. never had a piece of bad chicken. always great. If I had to come up with a negative, it appears that they don't sell waffles anymore. very sad. fries also now come with a plastic lid as opposed to the box. in my opinion it makes the fries slightly more mushy. they still taste great tho. really like this place

I always get " THE Sandwich Combo " and " Tendie Trio (mild)" absolutely the best chicken around. Always perfectly cooked and as fresh as it gets. The portions are huge so I eat the sandwich and one tender then save the last 2 and fries for later, heat up excellent in the air fryer. Absolutely recommend!

ordered two Fuego Fries which i have ordered in the past a few times. this timeit arrived cold and extremely skimpy. probably got like 10 Fries and a very small piece of chicken meanwhile its soaked with the slaw and sauce. extremely disappointed with this order. price stays the same but you get way less.

Best chicken in CT by far. Love the spice and the crunch. Good portion sizes. Fries are decently crispy even when delivered. Only issue is that the last THREE times we've ordered they've forgotten parts of the order (fries with a combo, a whole slider, and then a large sauce). Used to order from here often but they've been lacking consistency lately so we're pushing Haven out of the rotation for a while </3 Very sad because the food is great, when we actually get what we order.

I've ordered from here about 4 or 5 times so far.
The quality is always consistent and taste is on point.
I consider the serving sizes very fair for the quality, quantity and care that goes into making the food.
I typically stick with the Fuego Sweet Heat Mac Bowl and other Fuego Bowls (IMO, right now they're the best offer price to portion wise)
Their food is unique too.
I'm not sure where the sauce comes from, for instance;
whether they make it in-house or buy it but it's definitely different than what you'd get elsewhere
(I mean that in a good way)
The fried breaded chicken is always perfectly crispy and fresh.
You know how at fast-food places
(not that I consider Haven Hot Chicken fast-food but they do get orders out probably just as efficiently as FF)
will sometimes use a piece of meat that's not really edible?
I've NEVER gotten a bad piece of chicken from here!
The Mac is on point too.
The cheese is rich w/the perfect amount of creaminess to balance it out.
