Portions are always good-sized & the taste is consistent. I love the veggies being zucchini, squash, green beans, & red onions. It's a yummy combo & better than the generic veggies blends most places serve.
I love having the option to swap the mac out for veggies or pineapple as I am allergic to the noodles. The rice portions are always well scooped. The staff is always amazing about adding an extra sauce, too, which I personally can't get enough of, it's absolutely tasty!
I did feel like maybe I got a bit less meat this time around, but tbh it could have just been my greedy stomach wishing I had more because it's so delicious.
When I go on site, service is always friendly & the restaurant is clean.

I ordered the Mixed Plate Classic Huli Huli and Honolulu chicken. I couldn't tell the difference between them. Everything was delicious though. The macaroni salad is my favorite. However, the portion sizes are ridiculously small. The container it comes in is small and it has grooves in it that make it appear to be bigger than what it is. You're not getting your full moneys worth like with other containers!

The Honolulu Chicken Classic plate gave me mixed reviews. The macaroni salad and chicken had good flavor, and the meat was tender. The rice, however, was a mushy mess that clumped into one big ball of goop. I tossed it. The vegetables were seasoned perfectly and were a great combo of veggies.

The Molokai chicken and Spam Musubi were amazing. The small chicken plate with the rice and fresh pineapple were packed with so much flavor and the perfect portion for me, but since I was extra hungry, the Spam Musubi was the perfect add on. For being a midwestern establishment, this stuff tastes as close as it gets to the real deal back on the islands. I've missed Hawaiian dishes after moving away a few years ago, and didn't think I'd get a chance to have plates and musubis like I had there again. Thank you Hawaiian Bros for this amazing food!!

Everything was delicious. We tried to get a little bit of everything. My husband said the Large - Huli Huli Chicken was so tasty, he loved it. Love that Teriyaki Sauce, made sure to get extra sauce packets along with the Pineapple BBQ sauce, I was excited to see they had Sriracha Packets as well. Very yummy. My Large - Mixed Plate had the Molokai Chicken and the Kilauea Chicken. Perfect amount of spice for me. The flavor of all dishes was excellent. Also we tried the Spam Musubi, it was very good. The pineapple was beyond perfect, just delicious. The Mac Salad and White Rice both accompanied well, and tasted great paired with everything. Just a wonderful meal, great portions, and plenty of leftovers to have for dinner later. The Hawaiian Sun drinks we picked were also refreshing and cold. Really happy to have finally tried this place. Will order again.
