significant improvement since I last ordered 12 months ago. Beautiful fresh flake, crunchy & fluffy chips. Worth the $$

usually the food is awesome... the flake is usually fresh, juicy and the chips and potato cakes are crispy and have a great taste...this time i think it was over cooked or the oil needed changing or something cos it wasn't great

Very happy with my fish&chips. Slapping piece of flake, crispy batter exactly how it should be. And with fat cut proper chips, all arriving delivered hot. Great meal.

I ordered plain steak sandwich with egg received with lettuce and tomato 🍅 which I can’t have due to acid in them my battered flake and potato cakes were dark and oily. Took photos to prove how it looks and the tomato and lettuce on it I don’t like putting bad comments in but it’s pretty bad.
