We visited on the first night of the trip and the Bengiets were so good we ordered them the last night. Best ones we had!

I normally don't write reviews but paying 52 for just one of the items I had too. The ox tails and Mac was nasty it had no seasoning at all. The spinach dip was ok but for 23 they could have put more than a spoonful considering how cheap it is to make. The beignets tasted like the grease was old and they forgot my blueberries

The seafood feast pasta was tasty and as described. The two small "Jumbo Lump" crab cakes were not as described and were bready and prepared using claw meat, NOT jumbo lump, so in our opinion not worth $36. The hot sausage was a flat thin patty that was tasty but was literally just a sausage patty for $7. Disappointing for New Orleans cuisine.

Food came on time and all was included, except my drink. Cajun Burger and Zapps Chicken was a little bland. Cheesy Mac was flavorful. For the price of the Red Beans & Rice Entree would have expected more, but they were good.
Glazed Beignets were sweet and tasty the "Nice Guys" Bread Pudding was delicious would have paired excellent with ice cream. Ordered a Strawberry Lemonade but did not receive.

I REALLY wish I had been able to review the beignets but sadly they were completely left out of my delivery. And thats the reason I chose this restaurant. Seems like a big miss when theres only three items ordered but it's possible the issue was with Doordash. The bag wasnt sealed either which is problematic. The gumbo WAS VERY tasty but a little underwhelming when it came to how much veg and meat was in it and the quanity for the cost . The hot sausage, I was not expecting to be a flat patty but more like a hot andouille. It was a little on the wet side, more like a meatloaf, but maybe that's how it's supposed to be or its a regional things. Regardless, it had a good flavor. I shared a pic! 3 -1/2 stars.
