everything I ordered was great and very fresh. always happy to support vegan or 90% vegan restaurants when traveling, makes life so much easier not having to call and check ingredients. Try the Taro Root Pudding -- small portion but so filling and Carrot Cake , both excellent! The side of Small side of Pickled Vegetables were very tasty (better than I have had elsewhere with no off smells, just totally fresh) and crunchy and the Singapore Noodles were good but could use a tad bit more salt (not a problem)

After seeing Heart & Soy recommended several times in vegetarian/vegan groups I decided to give it a try. I ordered the Vegetable Fried Rice and Fresh Spring Rolls (2) with Peanut Sauce for dinner. Both dishes were delicious! The spring rolls are the best I've ever had, and the peanut sauce was perfect. The portions were quite large for the price as well. I will 100% be eating here again!

Always a delight ordering from Heart & Soy! They add plenty of the protein selection (in my case, tofu) and my Vietnamese Rice Noodle Salad w/ Tofu & Egg Roll always looks as aesthetically pleasing as it tastes. One of the best vegetarian/vegan places to eat at in Louisville as a non-vegan/vegetarian!

Excellent taste of everything I ordered. I had the Fresh Spring Rolls (2) with Peanut Sauce, Hue - Spicy Noodle Soup, Thai Salad, and Quang's Traditional Yellow Noodles. Great portions and accurate to the pictures you see. Enough sauces, limes, and dressings were included. Clearly freshly prepared and ingredients that don't make you feel bad later. Heart & Soy is the best vegetarian restaurant around!

Listen, I had to stop mid-bite and write this review. ALL the reviews are right. This place is amazing. I got the wonton soup, pad Thai and spring rolls. The immense flavor in every bit of every dish....just wow! I've never tasted vegetarian food this delicious. Ample portions. Fresh ingredients. There is nothing missing in these dishes. I'm beyond impressed and would order from here again the next time I'm in town. Wow!
