• 3/16/22Ordered a burger with bacon, Mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and pickles. My burger only had mayo. I called Heffs and they were really nice said they'd remake my burger but unfortunately I had to go pick up since my driver had other orders to deliver farther away and Heffs closed at 9pm and I called Heffs around 8:40pm.
The fries definitely needed salt which we did not have at the hotel but the burgers were great

• 9/5/23The burger was awful, overcooked & dry. Smaller than normal and not seasoned. This was not the Heffs im used to. Very disappointing.

• 5/19/24Food was delicious as always. I'm just disappointed that the Heff's Sauce cost $1.25 for not quite 2oz. They also constantly short me the Heff's Sauce that I order so I'm paying for nothing.

• 4/29/23The burgers are great!!! However, ordering on Doordash you don't have an option to choose what type of drink or fries (with the combo) you want. Luckily the Dasher called me and asked.
