We are spicy-food, hot sauce loving Latinos and We always order the mild but don't be fooled! The "plain" is seasoned and mild. The "mild" is seasoned and spicy! We tried the hot once and it was almost too hot. Not loco enough to try hella !! Very delicious seasoning in their chicken and fish. Food always hot fresh and fast!!! A little greasy but nothing a napkin can't fix.

Once again, my order was missing an item—the baked beans. The fries tasted stale, as if they were two days old, and the Mountain Dew was completely flat. While I truly enjoy Helen’s chicken, I need the restaurant to be more consistent and attentive to the quality of their food. I paid a considerable amount and expect to receive fresh, well-prepared food made with care.

I've ordered from Helen's a few times and this was by far the worst sandwich I have received from them. it was literally just a sandbreadsized piece of fried floor. I don't think there was any chicken at all.

The chicken breast quarter combo was much smaller than previous orders for its price point. Also, once again, my order was missing an item, the cup of pickles.

The sandwich had bones and was way over cooked. Also hot is not a seasoning (which I got mild) so I would've liked a little more actual seasoning on the fish and the okra. Not the best performance today.
