The food is absolutely amazing as per usual HOWEVER the portion sizes have reduced with the price increasing. Expect to spend $100+ if ordering for two ppl. The ice White Ice Coffee ( Cà Phê Sữa Đá ) also was only filled a quarter of the cup and the rest was ice. Despite the food being amazing for the price there's better value for money at other places.

Spring rolls in various forms, sexy chicken ribs (the best I've ever had) & a deeply aromatic beef stew. These dishes have me coming back regularly to this great restaurant.

4.8 stars for the "Tam Ky chicken rice". The turmeric rice is beautiful. I will ask for less onion with the next order. I'm a almost-Tam Ky girl, so I think I'm a little strict with the dish. Otherwise, it could deserve 5 stars because there are only two restaurants I'm happy to come for Tam Ky/Quang Nam/Hoi An chicken rice in Melbourne, and here is one of them.
5 stars for the broth of "Water spinach noodle soup"

I dont normally leave feedback but i'll make an exemption for Hem, everything I tried here is so good, you can't go wrong with the well thought out menu, always value for money. And the staff are next level nice! Highly recommended!

Spring rolls are great. I've had their pho before and it was fantastic too. One star off because it's the second time ive ordered the rice paper rolls and they are stuffed (with noodle and lettuce but not much else) to the point that they've split making them difficult to eat. A few strings of chicken in there but most bites didn't have anything but noodle/lettuce in them which was a little disappointing as it made it quite bland even with the hoisin sauce, which there wasn't enough of considering the noodle ratio imo.
