We ordered Haddock and since they were out of stock they gave us fries. We would never have substituted meat with fries. They should have called or messaged us to let us know and give us an option. So now I have a container of fries that no one is going to eat and they made me pay for it.

Overall did not like the Burgers, both quality and the Bread was very very simple. Not like Sesame as it mentioned on order. The sauces were added way too much that it was very saucy. Didn't like the packing as the sauces were dripping off. Sorry not happy with first order.

the mushroom poutine had barely any mushrooms, just 1 or 2 .We have ordered it previously and knowing the quantity it was no where near to it

I order one of their signature burgers and everytime they forget something. Last time it was the onion ring, the last few times the guac. Good is good but it's frustrating paying for a burger and it missing one of the toppings you pay for.
