THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Did not get my shake for some reason, order was expensive, so expectations were high, but I got small burger( poorly handled) and poutine was awful, too salty. I wonder how you guys could mess it up this way. Door Dash didn't even refund me something, I'm so mad now.

Fries were over fried, my bun for my burger was very hard like it was out for a day or two. They don't use the same fries like you usually get elsewhere.

The poutine was disgustingly salty. I've tried so many different franchises for hero burger, and this was just disgusting. No tenders showed up except a burnt one at the bottom that was not the regular tender at all - and it tasted like fish (but it wasn't the fish on the menu & yes I did taste it). All in all, awful,food was just so bad - but DoorDash was great!
