This the second order in a row. Last night I ordered the grilled salmon bowl with shrimp! But today they only had catfish on the menu, so I decided to try it when I say delicious! The food was hot upon arrival ! My bowl is filled to the top, with fresh blackened catfish, soft rice with nicely seasoned steak broccoli! It definitely serves for two meals, I really like HGC I hope they keep this going !

Chicken bowl was smothered in sauce that was not listed in ingredient list. I'd say the sauce to chicken ratio was 2:1
The pieces of Chicken Bowl that weren't covered in sauce was OK.
Would recommend if I could get bowl without sauce.

I really like the sauce , just wish it was more on under the meats too ! But the salmon was cooked to perfection & the shrimp is seasoned really well ! I like this fresh hot quick meal ! The rice is soft and the beans are cooked well !

I did not expect the Krazy Kanin Sauce to be this spicy, but I love it. I know that cajun is supposed to have a little kick to it, but i've never experienced the sensation that my mouth is feeling right now, lol! The Catfish Bowlfish Bowl is delicious, I just wish they would've put the sauce on the rice instead of on top of this fish, but it's okay...I made it work!! I haven't eaten the salad right now but it looks decent. I will be ordering from here again!

The vegetable medley was bland and carrots undercooked. There were two tiny pieces of broccoli in the wrap.
