The dubai chewy cookie is SOOOOOO good. Jasmine Green Milk Tea - Iced is not too sweet and Brown Sugar Bubble Milk - Iced was super chewy.

The matcha was grainy as honestly quite terrible. I got it with a cheese foam thinking it'd be delicious like at other places but the cheese foam tasted vaguely like caramel and didn’t have a lot of good flavor. I would not recommend. Also I heard they lay their employees minimum wage and don’t allow tips?? Yikes.

The boba is not cooked all the way, it's super hard in the center. Size is much smaller than other boba place
