Amazing as always!! the hot pots are amazing and they always take out what I do want in them, the Popcorn Chicken/盐酥鸡 always crispy and well seasoned, and the 沙茶麻辣牛肉 / Spicy Beef with the white rice that comes with the hot pots is an amazing combo! Fav restaurant

My favorite is the Miso Ramen 味增拉面 and the Honeydew Milk Tea . I've tried other Ramen shops and the flavors and textures just can't compare. It's extremely consistent, I know what I'm getting every time. Every dish is made with care and plated beautifully even when delivered. You can tell that the people making this food take a lot of pride in their work.

The japanese spring roll are deliciously crunchy on the outside but squishy on the inside!! The milk teas are super tasty-awesome and I love that it comes in a sealed cup.
Garlic pork belly is satisfyingly garlic-y and also squishy! Very rich and filling.

I was not familiar with this style of restaurant, so I ordered conservatively: miso ramen; Japanese harumaki; milk tea. Having the ramen & other ingredients in a tight-fitting bowl over the miso kept everything piping hot without making it soggy. When the home delivery arrived the containers could be separated and items dipped, dunked, or soaked in the miso- your choice. The soft-boiled eggs had a wonderful flavor. The harumaki was delicious, also. It was not at all greasy, and had a slightly spicy/sweet red pepper dipping sauce. The milk tea was sweet, but the strong black tea flavor came through all the milk. All in all, this was a super tasty meal- with leftovers! I will definitely be exploring the menu further.

Hi Pot is the best. My first time trying Japanese Style Beef Rice Bowl andI was not disappointed. I just knew it was going to be good just by the look of it and the taste was amazing. Definitely found a new favorite. the CoconutShrimp was deliciousas well
