this is my second time ordering from them. The first time is was amazing and the food was fresh, hot, seasoned perfectly, etc. This time around I pre-ordered the same meal as the first time because they weren't open yet. Boy was I disappointed. The food tasted like it was pre packaged and had been sitting in the fridge for a few days and microwaved then delivered. I ordered the lunch trio combo (steak, shrimp, and chicken, with fried rice and veggies.) Both meats and the shrimp were so tough to eat which should've been cooked medium well not over cooked days earlier. I was so excited about this place after the first time I ordered but now I will no longer. That's how bad it was....super disappointed
