• 8/9/25The New York Strip was EXCELLENT! Some of the best steak we have ever had. The rice was just ok and the yum yum sauce had a different flavor than I was used to. The portion size was perfect! Fresh steak that I would definitely order again. I just didn't care for the pink sauce (yum yum) Hibiki packaged everything very well and did not forget a thing! Their sushi is also really good.

• 9/25/25The Yaki Udon with chicken was excellent. Chicken was seasoned well, noodles were perfectly done, veggies still held a bit of crispness. They followed special instructions for my Spicy Crab Roll, and I loved everything. Saving the rest of the noodles for dinner. Would definitely order again. Yummy 😋

• 9/14/24I just came this september morning purely curious about Unagi Don, out of all of the japaness style places I have been, this is likely going to be my favorite. the area is inviting, the people are kind, and the food? oh my gosh its to die for. the unagi don is the first meal i got from here, its barbecue eel with pickled radish on rice, but thats not giving enough credit. it was sweet, it was salty, it had umami and the eel was tender to boot. The flavors of the meal were dancing around in the bowl. If i could give it 20 stars, i would. Will be coming back. Definitely deserves more attention. I would give a picture of my meal but I couldnt wait to dig in after smelling it in my car xD
