• 6/21/25We LOVE Hidalgo! Their chicken is tender and the seasonings they use are so flavorful. The rice is always soft. It's incredible portions and the food is always hot hot HOT! This is one of our favorite spots for authentic and good Mexican food!

• 7/16/25Always consistent and flavorful. I ordered the cheese dip and added it to my Nachos Rancheros. I guess my only complaint is it needs more queso, but it's worth the price.
