I finally found crispy, flavorful tallow fries. They are exactly how the French fries were at McDonalds in the 70's when they used tallow. The burger was huge, delicious and cooked perfectly. This was my first time ordering here and it won't be my last. Best healthy seed oil free resturant ive found. Thank you Hideout for quality ingredients, using tallow and excellent service to your customers.. Youre a rare breed in today's restutant world where quality and health continue to decline

worse meal for breakfast. veggies were barely cooked, Garden Omelette with Potatoes means saggy potatoes, half-cooked turkey bacon and the vegetables still raw; When I read garden I thought they meant veggies sauteed in the omelette not an actual garden on my plate

Loaded with salmon smells and tastes divine !! Highly recommend! I only wish they would add salmon tartine to the menu and make it a similar way
