An all-around disaster. I chose bacon with sausage as an add-on, but they forgot the bacon. The sausage was a small ball of so much heavily spiced gristle it was crunchy. I added berries as a topping to the French Toast but they forgot that too. The coffee was lying on its side on top of the food with no supports to keep it upright, so it soaked everything and pooled in the bag. The coffee came in a container designed for a straw but they didn’t include a straw. For the food I did get, I could have done just as well at IHOP without the gourmet prices.

Meal was okay but packaged and presented with promise. Fried chicken appetizer was severely under seasoned but the honey and mustard sauce was tasty.
