• 12/7/23The Apple pie overnight oats isn't worth $13, it's alright more on the bland side. I really liked the chili, it's homemade with red kidney beans and big chucks of tomatoes. The honey cornbread was the best! 10/10. lost a Star due to the overnight oats :/

• 7/27/25The breakfast bowl tasted good, but it's expensive for what it is. Without the $9 discount from summer of dash pass, I think it's a steep price and wouldn't order again.
A lot of breakfast items are a day's worth of calories, but this felt like a normal amount of food.
I live close enough to the store that it arrived fresh.

• 9/12/23sub par... the sandwhich was not fresh and I've ordered it multiple times to see if there would be a difference in quality, but on there was not.
side buffalo cauliflower was just a tad too sweet!
grits were spot on!

• 6/9/25This restaurant is consitently mid and over priced. I don't think Issa Rae is really involved , my first red flag was putting a poached egg on top of greens and charging $20!l for grits . I only eat here when Cardoro is closed and I want breakfast. The Buenas Dias is $20 for beans rice and one egg... not sure why thats $20. The O.G. Beignets are absolutely HORRIBLE, she should swap out for churros bc it matches the demographic better they are extremely doughy/cakey and like Fried cake like bread. Beignets are supposed to be ligthtethan donuts and North Italia making better beignets than a local spot is crazy. Even Offset coffee is around 7 bucks and hey brew theirs local makes no sense that drink is $11z Everything is 5-9$ over priced given the ingredients that are being used are very basic.
