• 11/24/24The 56. Pad Thai Noodles with Chicken, Beef, or Pork (I ordered the chicken) arrived well-cooked and hot. It was delicious and a good portion size that could easily feed two people. It did not disappoint! The Thai Iced Coffee was sweet and addicting. Highly recommend both items!

• 3/24/24My Dasher was very efficient and quick. The food was amazing and definitely worth 5 stars. These seafood 22B. House Special Seafood Curry, the 23. Hilo Siam Fried Chicken, and fried Fried Rice (Chicken, Beef or Pork) were so delicious. It couldn't have been better!

• 10/24/23The 18. Coconut Chicken Soupwas really good. I liked how much coconut came through the soup.
19A. Panang (Chicken or Beef) was great. Sauce had excellent flavor. Lots of beef in the dish.
Pad Thai Noodles with Chicken, Beef or Pork had nice complex flavor. Medium spice was the right level.

• 1/16/25The pad 56. Pad Thai Noodles with Chicken, Beef, or Pork was great. It arrived hot and fresh, though the green onion tasted spoiled, so that took off one star. However, the Thai Iced Coffee is easily one of my favorite drinks in Hilo. A bit of a stretch, I know, but it was the perfect balance of sweet and bitterness that I love in coffee. Great place, amazing food, incredible drinks!

• 7/16/24Born and raised in Hilo, and I have to admit that Hilo Siam is the BEST thai restaurant here in this little town. Their Pad Thai Noodles with Chicken, Beef or Pork and their Eggplant Chicken are my top favorites!
