The Loaded Baked Potato (1-Meat) is perfectly delicious. The size of the potato is the best part, baked evenly throughout. Reminds me of the potatoes from Luther's BBQ from back in the day!

The portion sizes are nice you definitely get your money worth but the potato and brisket lacks flavor those ribs are packed with flavor I guess maybe I got an off day the potato was extra oily it didn't taste like butter just a bunch of oil with meat very disappointing but i did enjoy the ribs would I order again Idk...but it did arrive fresh and hot

Hiram Clarke BBQ really delivered. The food arrived hot, flavorful, and beautifully presented, which isn’t always easy to pull off with delivery. You can tell a lot of care goes into the seasoning and preparation, everything tasted fresh, smoky, and well-balanced. This is easily some of the best BBQ I’ve had in a long time, especially for Pearland.
The only thing missing were the pickles, onions, and silverware, which would’ve made the meal complete, but it was a minor hiccup compared to how good the food was. Overall, I was very impressed and will absolutely be ordering again. I’m already looking forward to visiting in person next time.

The best baked potato I've had anywhere. It's HUGE I ate on it for 2 days lol. Warm, fresh, buttery and that meat is smoked to PERFECTION! Manager called and let me know that they were sold out of Cherry, but had kool aid called "The Hulk" & OMG this is the best! Perfectly sweet and balanced with the right flavors. Will definitely be using in the future! (btw i wouldn't listen to the bad reviews you see, get your own experience because people be hating on black excellence!)

I typically have good experiences here but today was disappointing. Felt like the Loaded Baked Potato was poorly prepared. The ratio of toppings to potato was too much, not enough potato. The chopped beef is the star of the show and there were only a few sprinkles of it. Fresh butter and cheese were on the potato, not melted. It presented as a big portion but was a salad of toppings for the most part. I also found myself spitting out a bone betwixt everything.
