Hira's is the BEST sushi - they have the best flavored rice - just the right amount, light tangy and not overpacked in any of their sushi. Their ginger salad dressing is so so good - light, tangy, not too oily, just the right amount of ginger. And to top it off their Bento Boxes or anything from the Hibachi grill is always perfectly cooked, fresh veggies and excellent serving sizes. We have been eating at and ordering from Hira's for years now and they never disappoint!!!

The calamari and gyoza was completely inedible. Calamari tasted like old oil and was very overcooked. The gyoza was super dense and flavorless. Sushi rice was very dry. Everything was very disappointing and not worth any of our money

The Cucumber Sashimi and Rainbow Roll are two of my favorites! Very good everytime. I was really disappointed in the Spicy Dumplings ( 8 ) though. They came in a soup container and were all  disintegrated and soggy. We just had broken up pieces of dumpling. It was nothing like the picture.

sushi rolls were nice, but the Spicy Pork dumpling soup was a little bland. There were too many dumplings in not enough broth, and they were mostly destroyed by the time I got them. The Green Salad was good.
