This was my first order from HiroNori, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations.
Whenever I order tonkotsu ramen, I have two concerns: that the broth won’t be rich and creamy enough, or that it’ll compensate by being overly salty. This was neither. The broth was exactly what great tonkotsu should be: deeply rich, full-bodied, and flavorful without being oversalted. The seasoning was balanced perfectly, and it honestly held up to the standards I have from eating ramen elsewhere.
The food also arrived at the proper temperature, which is no small feat for ramen delivery.
The chashu was tender, the noodles held up well, and the marinated eggs were cooked exactly as they should be, with beautifully jammy yolks.
For dessert, I ordered the yuzu cheesecake. It was smaller than I expected, but after the first bite I realized that was probably for the best. It was bright, creamy, and just the right amount of citrus. If they’d sent me one the size of a tire, I probably would have eaten the entire thing without hesitation.
I’ll definitely be ordering from HiroNori again. It’s rare for delivered ramen to impress me this much, but this one absolutely did.
And yes... I always re-plate delivered food :-/

First time ordering from here for the family. I had the Spicy Tuna Rice bowl and really enjoyed it!! it was a very good portion of food, very fresh and nutritious with the grains and veggies. Everyone was happy with their meal I will happily order from here again soon.
I even appreciated the individual packaging/separation of the food - well thought out.

First time trying this place. Huge ramen fan, and typically I go to another local ramen spot, but so goadi tried this place. 10/10 amazing. Could use a little more noodles, but the noodles are thicker than most ramen shops so no complaints here. The pork chasu, was delicious, most of the time Idont eat the chasu, but here it was cooked with a nice sear and to perfection.
The side of chilli and garlic paste was also a huge plus. Will definetly be making this my go to ramen place going forward. 5 stars.

the Tonkotsu Ramen was absolutely delicious, but there wasn't much of it in my bowl. the broth itself was tasty, as were the noodles.

I enjoyed all of it the tonkatsu Tonkotsu Ramen was very flavorful the egg was cooked perfectly and had lots of flavor as well. pork chashu was crispy but not dry. unfortunately our broth was filled and we were missing the tofu but even with those unfortunately our broth was spilled and we were missing the tofu but even with those things I would still recommend
