this bowl always hits so hard, egg was good, rice was good and flavorful, pork was cooked well and packed with flavor and the spinach is a great veggie to serve alongside everything else. I get this bowl very often.

Tonkotsu Ramen was the best ramen I have ever had. The pork was cooked perfectly. Food was packaged separate from the broth so nothing got soggy. Condiment package was perfect for my hotel room dinner night.

HiroNori is some of the best Japanese Ramen and Udon I have ever enjoyed and believe me, I have enjoyed a lot! The portions are generous and delicious. My favorite is the Shoyu Ramen with the Pork. If you want something different and tasty, order from HiroNori.

Delicious TONKOTSU RAMEN. Pork was amazing, i could've eaten three of those eggs to not enough- should at least give us both halves of the egg? Or leave it whole?
Sake was a little thick and hard to get mixed up consistently once the cap came off. Just kept settling into a thick mass.
I'll order again just as different sake and extra egg.

Best Ramen hands down. The noodles are so soft and fresh and the broth is perfect. They give a generous amount of garlic paste and the hose spicy sauce (which is great for cause I love my food very spicy, so if you like it spicy, you'll be happy). The pork was a little fatty for me, but I'm not a huge pork fan and I like more lean meat, but that's a me problem other than that everything is perfect. I have tried a couple dozen of Ramen places and nothing compares to this place.
