I'm from New Orleans ans and I have to tip my hat to the owner for his food selection. If you looking for some down home soul food this is the place. The stuffed turkey legs very good and the collard greens were on point. The Mac and Cheese was also good. I highly recommend this spot if you want some good food and his prices are reasonable.

DO NOT ORDER THE OXTAILS!!!! They gave me 3 tiny Oxtails for $15. The food had too much pepper in it and not enough salt , was not able to eat it.

What I was given was not catfish at all and tasted absolutely nasty. The dirty rice was no better and cornbread was burned top and bottom. The quality is truly a waste of money.

The gumbo was way to salty but I've enjoyed the oxtails which for the price you could get more than 3 and the turkey was so good and the chicken

Highly disappointed. Salty fried shrimp, yams were dark brown and drowned in cinnamon... cornbread flavorless and fell apart ( maybe that's why it was on a aluminum foil ball.
Will not order here again.
