Th Cajun Sausage was delicious. The sauce was also perfect BUT...the ribs were shaved down to the bone there was very little meat. The meat that was in it was very tasty...just needed to be more.

I we ordered two portions of the St. Louis style ribs(6bones) and a portion of burnt ends tri tip. The burnt ends were great. The ribs were not. they were very dry and tough. Definitely not fall off the bone or even near tender. We quit eating after our 3rd bone because our jaws hurt from chewing and trying to bite off the bone (unsuccessfully) The dry rub was also bland. It was better dripped into sauce. Also the onion rings were 15 seconds from being inedibly burnt. The ranch on the side was good covering it. Basically good sauces and thats it.
