Literally the best Ramen I've ever had. I ordered the Miso Ramen and the broth was incredible. The pork had a nice crust and good flavor, the broth and food was hot when it got here, and the vegetables and noodles were to die for. 10/10

Best ramen around! We drive all the way to Idaho falls just to indulge in the best broth and noodles we have had! They are quick, friendly, and just overall the best! The Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen is amazing, and the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen is a go to for us!!

Pork Chasu Don is my favorite thing to order from here. I add the bamboo shoots because they are just so good! Hokkaido doesn't disappoint! Never tried the Chicken Karaage before, but this different take on fried chicken went amazing with the sauce that they provide for it!

Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen was good, the veggies were a little undercooked and the eggs a little overcooked, the broth is perfect. The Takoyaki Octopus is too fishy and squishy for my taste. Overall 6/10 ramen and 8/10 service.
