The karamiso ramen was just ok. The broth was a little salty. I was dissapointed on how thin the pork belly was, especially after paying $21. It just didn't feel that substantial. The packaging is great.

I don't know what happened but lately the pork belly has been as hard and chewy as rubber. Poor cuts of meat and poor serving sizes. The rest is ok such as broth and flavor but doesn't save it from the gross meat.

Pretty good flavor, but how little meat they give is kind of a scam. A $20 bowl of soup shouldn't be 95% noodle with 2 tiny pieces of meat.
