Ordered the toroniku ramen (both miso and soy). The toroniku is supposed to be tender and delicious. This was neither. The meat was thick, tough, chewy and flavorless.
My basis for comparison? Santouka in San Jose, which I've eaten at about a dozen times.
Delivery itself was fine, thank you DoorDash driver.

The toroniku that arrived from this particular branch of this ramen chain was much thicker and tougher than the toroniku from the other branch I've tried. It was gristly. I'm not sure I can honestly recommend it. Too bad. Try the branch in Costa Mesa.
