The food from Hola is consistently delicious. The Pollo Frito Tacos with rice and beans is my absolute favorite. While the portions and ingredients used at most restaurants are dwindling, I do not find that to be the case at Hola. My usual meal is the same as it was a year ago.
I've received deliveries with missing items before, and though inconvenient, Hola has been willing to resolve them. My 5-star review is for the combination of good food and management.

Ordered the steak El Burrito and paid the extra $10 for steak and got 4 small pieces in this giant burrito, definitely not worth it at all

Very little grouper. Swimming in cheese slaw. Spinach? Too salty. What was I thinking? Avocado bites and charros good.

I love Hola!
Their carne asada tacos are fantastic. Tonight was disappointing though because they gave me the wrong kind of tortilla which in my case I'm unable to eat and didn't include the guajillo salsa usually accompanies them.
I had never ordered the chicken tortilla soup before. Was surprised that is was essentially broth with a little rice and avocado. I had to search for actual chicken and what I found was negligible in volume.
I'll continue to eat in the restaurant but probably won't order for delivery since I can't send the food back with these issues.

The tacos were delicious and fresh.
It would be great if I could modify the toppings in my order online.
But I still gave them five stars because it was super easy to call and let them know before they prepared my order
