The Sonoran Grass-fed Steak is my go-to lunch order nowadays, and for good reason. Perfect portion, perfect flavor, perfect balance-- every time. I don't know how y'all did it, but you done made a buddha bowl into a five course meal.

Don't be fooled by the photos, The "sandwich" was tiny for the price. Barely any meat inside. What a rip off, $17 for a baby sandwich.

Didn't realize it's only half a sandwich. But it was tasty. Very very expensive for only half a sandwich though which was barely 3-4 inches

Great quality ingredients, busy for a reason, and worth the price. HOWEVER, Homegrown, please DO NOT put *cold* sodas on top of ^hot^ sandwiches in the to-go bag. Or at least put them at the bottom under the salad that's cold. We had to reheat our sandwiches after a 5 minute drive home. Not the end of the world, but unexpected better from a $50 lunch for 2. Besides this one-time packaging issue, I rate Homegrown 4 stars overall, but my pickup order was a hard 1.

No option to put dressing on the side -- the bowl comes dressed if you do not remove the dressing all together. Unfortunately the mustard dressing on this particular bowl completely overpowered every other flavor and ruined it for me. The bowl was also missing cranberries and it looks to have bits of feta despite me asking for it removed. (I say "looks like" since I cannot tell by smell -- all I can smell is mustard mustard mustard).
On the positive, the roasted squash was nice and tender and there was no skimping on the hazelnuts. I'm still giving a high review, because I've ordered from Homegrown before and really enjoyed their other options (especially the broccoli melt paired with the tomato soup or their clean greens). Unfortunately I chose something different today vs. my "go-to" and I paid the price in inedible lunch (and uh, dollars).
