The oven baked chicken was breaded with Italian breadcrumbs and cooked perfectly. I chose rice and gravy along with turnip greens for my sides and they were delicious. The rolls, THE ROLLS!, are actual fresh made yeast rolls! This meal was amazing and I can't wait to order again.

The order was in the amount of a Child's plate. The hamburger steak was terribly overcooked and measured 2"x3". Tge Mexican Rice was pitiful. Dry and no taste. The pinto beans were adequate. Overall score would havebeen a "D" Never order from Homer's again.

The food here as absolutely amazing!!! I loved how the Fried Catfish Platter was fried crispy yet tender. Also, the Hamburger Steak Daily was tender and juicy. Will definitely order here again.

Vegetable beef soup has a good flavor but they should just call it carrot tomato soup - literally not one piece of meat- maybe 3 Tiny pieces of potato. Otherwise all tomato and carrots.
Milk shake is decent but I ordered chocolate. Again it should just be called- not vanilla.

I have been to Homers and eaten delicious meals. They are right down the street. That's why I was surprised that the hamburger steak and fried okra were stone cold. The hamburger steak was hard and very hard to cut. Very little onion and mushroom smothering. The key lime pie was provided upside down (sent photo). In spite of its presentation, it was tangy and delicious.
