I did not receive my bagel with butter. I was charged for it. its on the receipt attached to my bag but it was not in the bag. I received the bag sealed but no bagel. inside the bag was 2 cinnamon stickswhich I ordered

Items come consistently wrong from this store, whether it's a coffee when it should be tea, or the wrong kind of bagel, and they never reach out to give alternative options

Hot coffee doesn't have a flavor. And it seems like the wrong milk was put in.
