Medium iced latte was not made correct. I only wanted caramel swirl and they added sugar to it. They also made my LATTE with coffee and not espresso. Not hard to tell the difference when i have one everyday. So I paid more for my drink than what i received. I also asked for chive cream cheese on the side and I got plain cream cheese on it, not even enough to cover one half of the bagel. Everything is going in the trash. Not happy at allll with this honey dew. This is not the first time either, just my first time complaining.

Large hot Large Hot Chocolate is warm and just sweet enough i can enjoy, and Bagel with Cream Cheese was good. Juice was bottled and travel friendly. I enjoyed my meal.

when I order, once in a while the coffee order comes correctly. I ordered mocha blast ... no mocha. ordered with extra sugar and extra ice and didn't get either. 6 pieces of ice isn't extra ice. paying alot to have order be terrible. Large Iced Coffee

My hash browns were hard as a rock couldn't even bite them had to throw them away. The bagel wasn't toasted. It was awful. Never again will I order from them
