Just found a new favorite place! Ordered the Bourbon Maple Bacon, savory Breakfast and the Cookie Butter waffle. All super good! Great flavors, crispy bacon and nothing was oily.

Delicious, airy and flavorful! The perfect light breakfast. The only thing that would make it better is getting the pave potatoes like the Portland location has!

the eggs were requested to be hard fried - over they were not hard - waffles were cold but good in themselves crispy edges and the toppings were good too.

I haven't had Honeycuspe in awhile, but it seemed like the quality just wasn't there this time. The waffle was cold and very flat and the flavor wasn't what it used to be. Will try again another day and see if maybe it was just a one-off.
