Quality has gone down since I last ordered from them. There was barely any pork in the sliced pork soup. The pork chive pancake was also not the same anymore, quite thin and there wasn't any pork in it. Not sure if the chef has changed there.

While the food is good, the serving size is small give the price. The japchae wasn't even filled all the way in the container, there was a third of the space left unfilled. I'm not sure if I'll be purchasing again given that very small portions.

My order from the previous day didn't arrive due to the dasher's incident, so the staff contacted me and tho we couldn't figure out what to do in this case (as the app's customer support is automated and we couldn't contact the driver at all), they assisted me so well and gave me options to resolve. The day after, I ordered from Hong Du Kkae again and they gave me another one with a note. Excellent customer service, great portion, would order again.

I ordered Kimchi Soup (Kimchi Jigae) and they skimp on portions. The soup was large but portion of the ingredients felt so little. I ate this and still felt hungry (even having rice and my own bread) and I don't usually have much of an appetite. My bf even said they ordered a previous dish in the past and same problem. But I wanted to trust that it would be good...it's not. Taste wise, ok. Not exceptional. If you crave korean food and don't feel like making I recommend another dish maybe. But not this one. Only if you want to drink spicy soup.
