Hong Kong Kitchen has been my go-to for Chinese take out for 3 decades. Their food is delicious, healthy, and very consistent in flavor and quality. The staff is super friendly!

All items arrived very hot and well packaged. I requested no mushrooms on the 58. 腰果雞丁 / Diced Chicken with Cashew Nuts and it came exactly correct. Not only that, but the cashew were big and whole nuts. Pieces of baby corn, celery, water chestnut and carrot in a brown sauce that was very tasty. The C5. 青椒牛或雞 / Pepper Steak or Chicken which I got with beef was good. Egg 13. 蛋花雲吞湯 / Egg Drop with Wonton Soup was a new try for me. I like then both seperately, so maybe they would be good together. While the quality was high, I wasn't as fond of the soups mixed together. Nothing wrong with the preperation, I would definitely get the won ton soup next time. The only thing I wish I could change was that regular orders, not combos, can only ne ordered with white rice. I wish I could upgrade to fried rice with my main entrees.

雞 炒 飯 / Chicken Fried Rice was okay, only onions 

雞 蓉 蛋 / Chicken Egg Foo Young soggy, would not order again, and this is my go-to from Chinese seemed under cooked and/or it was in a container with the gravy so that could have caused it to be soggy...also only onions and chicken, no addt veggies. prefer gravy on the side

芥 蘭 牛 / Beef with Broccoli husband's dish said was good

蝦 卷 / Shrimp Egg Roll husband said it was good

春 卷 / Roast Pork Egg Roll wonderful flavor but definitely more wrapper than filling

Tried expanding our tastes for a new favorite Chinese restaurant...unfortunately, while good flavor on a few items, i wouldn't order again

12. 雲 吞 湯 / Roast Pork Wonton Soup was brown for some reason and had a weird taste. I've been we see it brown? The C20. 左 宗 雞 / General Tso's Chicken was decent but not sweet at all and tasted like it was mixed with the wrong sauce even though it was red. I've never had Chinese food taste so off from other places and probably won't eat there again

The chicken in both C11. 芥 蘭 雞 / Chicken with Broccoli and the C20. 左 宗 雞 / General Tso's Chicken had a gross gooey texture. The general tsos tasted like the batter was raw. Only thing we were able to eat were the plain lo mein and crab rangoons.
