Hong Hua is a hidden treasure! I travel frequently and order from Hong Hua whenever I can. Although I've had several different dishes, my favorite is the Almond Chicken. The portions are large and I rarely can finish the whole dish. But I try! This isn't your typical Chinese food. It's exceptional!

The Deep-Fried Crab Rangoon 炸蟹角 very poor in taste and texture for the price. It wasn't crunchy by any means, it was very tough and chewy. And the flavor was like taking a bite out of straight onion.The only thing DECENT was the sauce it came with. The Shrimp Fried Rice 虾炒饭 had no flavor, very bland, and the Shrimp hadn't been deveined so they had their digestive tract still in them. And was VERY noticeable and unappealing. This place is supposed to be "Fine Dining" and there was nothing fine about this food or the price for quality. But Also, It took nearly 2 hours for them to even finish preparing our food, Deep-Fried Crab Rangoon 炸蟹角 and Shrimp Fried Rice 虾炒饭 was all we ordered. Very dissapointing..

in LOVE with this Shrimp and Chicken Fried Rice 虾鸡炒饭, it is so good and always cooked perfectly and i am yet to find a Shrimp and Chicken Fried Rice 虾鸡炒饭 that tops this quality dish! The only thing i wish is that this store listened to the order preference notes !

The peppers were very bitter, terrible tasting. The beef was of a small portion for the price. Disappointing.

Almond Boneless Chicken 窝烧鸡 is always great here. I ordered the Lettuce Wrap With Diced Chicken 鸡生菜包 and they were not good. lettuce was fresh and crisp, but there was hardly any Chicken. it was mostly onions and not much else. Really did not care for this dish at all. I have eaten several different dishes from here and this is the only one I thought was blah.
