I had the chashu Raman, and it was really really delicious! The low sodium broth was so rich and full of flavor, tasted slow cooked, but still light. The noodles were just right, firm and chewy. I had steamed veg as a side and the cabbage and carrots were sweet and tender, the broccoli wasn't over steamed. My husband had the best pork fried rice I've ever tasted, the pork and the seasonings were dark and rich.
The portions were generous, and the whole meal was just beautifully packaged and prepared!

hongnoodle is one of my local favorites. the chicken terriyaki, ramen, karage, and curry are all top notch. the prices are great and the portions are generous. it is excellent quality. i have been ordering here for years and will continue to do so.

The Spicy Tonkotsu with Pork Chashu was mostly just noodles only. The egg was also not cooked correctly. The Spicy Chicken Teriyaki was chewy and the side Spicy Veggie Mix had no flavour. I would never order from this restaurant again.

I had the Chicken Teriyaki and Shrimp combo with a chicken karaage appetizer. All of it was so delicious! The karaage came with a pineapple aioli sauce which had a unique blend of fruity and zesty flavor that I really enjoyed. Would definitely order here again. Highly recommend this place!

Sorry, but the Chicken Karaage is not as pictured. They used a different batter and it looked/tasted just like a typical deep fried battered chicken that you can get from a pub. It should be just lightly coated with seasoned corn flour/cornstarch. The Chicken Ginger Yakisoba contained the same battered chicken as the kaarage.
