TOOOO GOOD. Everything was perfect, there was no spill, i poured the boil into the tray they gave me and absolutely devoured it, it was soooooo delicious and nice and fresh i didnt even need to heat it up. (also a very good portion for the price)

Unfortunately a big bust. I was craving the Boil in JC and sadly since they closed, thought I'd try a new place. I got the large catch with headless shrimp, corn, potatoes, a lobster tail, and Dungeness crab. After a little delivery snafoo where it was left inside my neighbor's home. I finally got to sit down and open it up. I was quickly pretty sad.
In general, everything was overcooked especially the corn and the potatoes. The corn mushy and the potatoes also mushy and not "snappy". The crab itself was good, sweet but the sauce was very watery? Idk why and lacking garlic or Cajun flavor. The shrimp also overcooked. I had to clean the lobster tail myself (see photo) which if anybody knows the black tube down the back is the poop shoot and if you just say "eff it" and eat it, it's sandy and gritty.
For the $130 price point, I would have higher expectations for quality, cleanliness, and flavor and this place was just not it.

(I got the butter on the side) Flavor is really good, and the portion was huge. I think the crab and scallops were a little over cooked, and the potato tasted almsot dirty. Corn was SOOOOOOOOO juicy. Place is better in person than ordering. Would go and SIT at the place(their drinks are SO GOOD).

I've ordered the mini seafood boil a few times now and it's always been amazing + is a very good portion size.
I just ordered the LARGE catch.. with added on extras.. I received the order and it was kind of disappointing. It came in a large container so I thought wow it's going to be a good portion size to share. The complete opposite. Smaller than the mini. Waste of money especially paying $50+ vs $30 mini. There was little ramen. Won't be ordering again

Food was good would get again the sauce was delicious , the portion size is okay I would've like just maybe one more crab cluster but I settled with what I had I also think the corn and the potatoes were fresh tasting weren't to soggy or taste stale. 8/10
